At Villa "Il Palazzino" you will enjoy all the advantage of hotel service combined with the discrete atmosphere of a guest house: eight rooms and suites have park and garten with swimmig pool, wine bar and restaurant. A rich sweet and savory breakfast is always included in the stay.
"Leonardo da Vinci" Room
The room is located on the second floor of the villa and has a double bed, a bathroom and a sun roof terrace which can be reached by a spiral staircase. There you have a great 360-degree view of the Tuscan countryside with its rolling hills and the distant sea. You can relax, take a sunbath and enjoy the magnificent views.
The room has tv, internet, minibar, air conditioning and heating.
The "Etruscan Room"
The Etruscan Room is located on the second floor of the villa. It is large and bright, with a double bed and a single bed, a large bathroom with jacuzzi and a shower. A fantastic panoramic view to the sea can be enjoyed from the two windows.
The Etruscan Room has television, minibar, internet, air conditioning and heating.
"Il Capitano" Suite
The suite has a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. A separate entrance leads to a pretty little terrace. Perfect to eat outdoors and enjoy the special ambience.
The Suite Il Capitano has a dishwasher, tv, minibar, internet, air conditioning and heating.
"Adelina" Mini-suite

A separate entrance leads to the romantic Minisuite Adelina.
It consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a sitting area with Jacuzzi.
Adjacent, a nice patio for outdoor living is available.

Garden Suite "Casa Minnie"
The country-style cottage is beautifully situated among the olive trees in a garden about 50 meters from the main house.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a small room with extra-bed and a living room with kitchenette.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. In addition the cottage comes with a veranda in the countryside and a private parking lot next to the apartment.
"Private SPA" Suite
The suite is situated among the trees of the park about 20 meters from the main house.
It has a large room with double bed and jacuzzi , a small room with bio-sauna and a bathroom with shower.
The Private SPA suite has TV, mini-bar, air-conditioning and heating. In addition the suite comes with an area for outdoor seating.
