Terms of sale
A 50% deposit is asked at the time of booking. You can make the deposit with credit card or bank transfer.
The remaining 50% is payable on arrival.
The payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions:
Deposits are not refundable.
For cancellations before 30 days from the date of arrival is not due to the balance of the booking.
For cancellations prior to 7 days from date of arrival is due to the 70% of the booking amount
For cancellations after 7 days from the date of arrival is due 80% of the booking amount.
In case of early departure will be charged the full amount.

Mit Buchung wird eine Anzahlung von 50 % der Buchungssumme fällig. Diese kann per Kreditkarte oder Überweisung geleistet werden.
Die übrigen 50 % sind bei Ankunft zu begleichen.
Mit Leistung der Anzahlung akzeptieren Sie die folgenden Zahlungs- und Rücktrittsbedingungen:
Anzahlungen werden grundsätzlich nicht zurückerstattet.
Bei Stornierung mehr als 30 Tage vor Anreise fallen keine weiteren Kosten an.
Bei Stornierung mehr als 7 Tage vor Anreise werden 70 % der Buchungssumme berechnet.
Bei Stornierung weniger als 7 Tage vor Anreise werden 80 % der Buchungssumme berechnet.
Im Falle einer vorzeitigen Abreise ist das Entgelt für den gesamten gebuchten Aufenthalt zu entrichten.
