A centuries-old olive grove
Surrounding the villa is a centuries-old olive grove that also bears fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. Extra virgin olive oil is our most prized and distinctive product that you'll find, with its delicate aroma, in all the recipes from our restaurant. Our cultivation of olives and oil productions relies on the best quality thanks to decades of experience from one of the owners, sommelier with a degree in extra virgin olive oil tasting.
The surrounding wilderness contains chunks of woodland that allows for native flora to grow and animals to roam freely: nightingales, magpies, pheasants, hoopoes, robins, jays and many more accompany our guests with their songs. We love and respect nature and animals, and this is a motto we always live by when it comes to our structure.
