OUR RESTAURANT:

This price tab uses two people as reference and the price includes:
- breakfast
- full linen sets and bathroom towels, changed every week
- room/suite cleaning service every 2 days
- wi-fi, praking and pool (open from the 20th of May to the 20th of September)

The price includes a change of linen and bathroom towels every week. You can request ulterior changes upon request for an additional charge (10 euros a person for towel change; 20 euros for linen changed on a double bed; 10 euros for a line change on a single bedu)

The price includes room cleaning service every two days. You can request extra cleaning for an additional charge for a room (30 euros) or a suite (50 euros)
Kids and teens:
- extra bed for kids up until the age of 12, with breakfast included : 15 euros a day
- extra bed for adults, with breakfast included; 30 euros a day
Pets:
- some suites and room allow for small and medium sized animals.
- dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly towards people and our cats
- we ask for owners to bring their pet beds and for pets to be treated with anti-parasites before the trip

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 15.00 to 18.30.
Check-out must be before 11.00.
For any change to these times, contact management.
We'll request your IDs at your arrival.
Management is present every day in the structure.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% the cost of your stay.
This deposit is in no way refundable.

What to do if you must cancel your stay?
We offer you two solutions:
​
- When booking, organize for an insurance with your favorite insurance company to cover the deposit/balance. Management is available to send you confirmation of your booking.
​
- In case of cancellation due to health reasons or other serious, certifiable impediments, you may request a voucher for the amount paid. This voucher can be used for a stay during the low season for the same amount (or more) as the canceled stay. The voucher has a fixed cost of EUR 20 and can also be used at our second facility (Hotel Riva Etrusca).
