Our couisine offers a new approach to the Tuscan tradition, thanks to different associations of spice, to the flavor of "extravergine" olive oil (the most important product of the farm) and to fresh products of the area.

Made from fresh cream, eggs and fruits, our handcrafted "gelati" and "sorbetti" offer flavors not seen anywhere else.

The small, Etruscan-styled restaurant and wine bar offers a selection of wines from the area of Bibbona and Bolgheri; this charming small village, home to very important productions of wine, is just 4 km from Palazzino.

This is our restaurant in spring and autumn. Here you can enjoy a special atmosphere and relive the time of the Etruscans!

OPENING TIME in low season:

Our breakfast is characterized by fresh seasonal fruit, from home-made jams, fresh bread and many different kind of homemade cakes and biscuits. We will also delight you with yoghurt, cream, cottage and fresh cheese, eggs and meats.
